SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We do not charge a fee for shipping. We will utilize the best carrier option at our discretion. We offer no guarantees for transit times due to unpredictable delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including holiday volume and COVID-19. We have no direct control over transit times, however most orders arrive within about 10 days after receiving your proof via email.  If you absolutely need an order by a specific date, please check with us for possible alternative shipping options before placing an order. Alternative shipping methods will incur a fee.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to offer you the most realistic, highest quality portraits possible. Before being shipped, all orders pass through an artwork quality check and a product quality check. We'll send a proof of your portrait before printing, to ensure your complete satisfaction. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns because of the customized nature of art products we produce. 

  

If you received the wrong product, size of print, or your product was damaged during transit, we will replace it.

If we determine that the art is faulty, we will replace the product.

It is your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that adheres to our Photo Guidelines. Low-quality photos will result in low-quality artwork. In the event we find the photo quality unsatisfactory to produce a quality product, we will ask for an alternative photo. If you are unable to provide an alternative photo, and you wish to continue with the original photo, please understand you accept the limitations and quality issues that may result. 

Note: Failure to submit a new photo does not warrant a refund. 

 

Because we send proofs for your approval prior to sending the final product, all portraits are final and we do not offer remakes of any artwork. Once we send the proof, we will not wait for a response to continue. It is your responsibility to contact us if there is an issue with the proof.
