• Send high-resolution, original photos when possible. Directly from your phone is fine, if captured with your phone camera. 300 pixels-per-inch is recommended for best quality.
• Social media images are re-sampled and optimized for web viewing, thus NOT ideal for source material from which we will create your art. The more detail, the better.
• Use photos with background imagery or space around your subjects.  Close-up selfies aren't suitable.
• Candid photos are great, and often capture a special moment!
• Don't worry! If we determine there is an issue with your source photo(s) that doesn't meet our quality benchmark, we'll let you know via email before we start.

Can I see a preview?
Yes! To ensure you're delighted with our work, we'll send a preview via email before delivering the final product.

Do you really guarantee 24-hour delivery?
Yes! If you order the 24 hour option, you'll receive your high-resolution, ready-to-print digital file within 24 hours of ordering...or it's FREE!

Does the 24-hour guarantee apply only to business days?
No! It applies 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. No blackout dates!

How does the 24-hour guarantee work exactly?
It's simple; place your order and upload your photo(s). Your finished portrait will be delivered within 24 hours of receit of your order, or we'll refund you 100% of the purchase price. And....you keep the portrait. Please note that if the clock starts from the time we receive your photos, which you will be prompted to upload during the order process. Or, you can send photos via email to service@24hourportraits.com. 

Can I combine people from multiple photos?
Yes! We can add as many subjects as you like. For more than 2 photos, there is a small additional charge for each extra photo. 

Can I add text or captions?
Yes! Specify the text you'd like us to add in the filed provided on the order form. You can add special instructions for formatting here as well.

Where can I get my portrait printed? 
If ordering the digital delivery option, most consumer-grade color printers will produce excellent results. Or, visit your local FedEx Office, Office Depot or similar retailers who can print on demand in several sizes, including poster prints.

Are there any licensing restrictions?
No! Your finished portrait is 100% yours and can be used for any purpose, both personal or commercial.

Where are you located? 
We are located in Northern California, in the USA. We do not farm out our work to cheap freelance services; your art is produced in-house, by us.
